1. Berapa minimal order? 
tidak ada minimal order untuk setiap pembelian, kecuali jika ada tambahan sablon/print atau order khusus

There's no minimum quantity order for every purchase, except for your addtional printing or new design product
 
2. Apakah harga sudah termasuk ongkos pengiriman?
Harga yang tercantum pada website ini, belum termasuk biaya pengiriman. Kami sudah menyiapkan data pengiriman untuk memprediksi ongkos kirim dengan perusahaan pengiriman JNE.
 
2. Is the price include shipping cost?
Prices listed on this website does not include shipping cost. We have estimate cost delivery data with shipping company JNE.
 
3. Apa barang bisa dikembalikan kalau tidak laku?
Maaf, Barang yang sudah anda beli tidak dapat dikembalikan, Kami hanya menerima retur barang rusak dengan waktu complain 3 hari.
 
3. Can we return the goods if not sold?
Sorry, goods that you have purchased can not be returned. We only accept returns damaged goods with a complaint within three days.

5. Mengapa orderku di cancel?
Order anda yang tidak transfer melebihi batas 1x24jam setelah pemesanan akan kami cancel secara paksa. Kami menerapkan ini agar barang yang sudah di keep dapat segera dikirim, dan juga memberikan kesempatan kepada member lain untuk berbelanja.
 
5. Why my order canceled?
Your order hasn't been paid & exceed the limit 1x24 hour after booking will be canceled by force. We implemented this in order to keep the goods that are already in the basket immediately be sent, and also provide the opportunity for other members to shop.
 
6. Bagaimana kalau barang yang kita terima itu reject/rusak?
Apabila barang yang diterima itu rusak/reject, maka hubungilah cs kami dan kirim kembali barang tersebut ke Toko paling lama 3 hari setelah barang diterima, setelah barang diterima kami akan melakukan transfer ke rekening anda.
 
6. What if the goods we received is damaged?
If the item you received was damaged / rejected, then you can contact us and send the item back to the store not later than 3 days after the item is received, upon receipt we will transfer to your account.

Ya kami memberikan fasilitas Dropship, apabila anda ingin mengirimkan produk kami kepada pihak ke 3, silahkan isi alamat pengiriman pihak 3 dengan penjelasan / berita yang ingin dicantumkan.

Yes we provide Dropship facilities, if you would like to send our products to third parties, please fill in the 3rd delivery address with explanations or news included.

Ya, kami dapat memproduksi Custom Design atau Made by Order produk dengan jumlah minimum order tertentu. Kirimkan desain & order Anda melalui email atau WA.
 
8. Are www. KCPromotion.com can produce the goods with client's design?
Yes, we can Made by Order or Custom Design products with a certain minimum order quantities. Submit your design & order via our email or WA.
